Install EDCommon and then EDMessage.


OPMessageServices & OPPreferences
=================================
Follow the instructions for cvs checkout/update at 
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=17401
for the modules OPMessageServices and OPPreferences

Put OPMessageServices and OPPreferences into the same folder as "ed" and GinkoNG


Ginko
=====
Follow the instructions for cvs checkout/update at 
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=2344
for module GinkoNG

Put OPMessageServices and OPPreferences into the same folder as "ed" and GinkoNG and create 
the following folder structure:

/ed/EDCommon
/ed/EDMessage
/OPMessageServices
/OPPreferences
/GinkoNG

Build all modules with build style "AppWrapper" in above order. Run Ginko.
